Location: Fort Belvoir – 3 positions, Fort Meade, MD – 1 position, Fort Eisenhower, GA – 1 position
Clearance Required: Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI or SCI Eligible. Must be able to obtain and maintain, throughout the duration of the contract, access to NSA facilities and computer systems
Required Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, as is a minimum of a current DoD Baseline Certification at IAT Level II
- 5 years of experience executing tests of systems (hardware and/or software) to evaluate results against specifications; 10 years’ experience including use of automated testing frameworks is preferred
- Test and Evaluation (T&E) supporting U.S. Government acquisition programs is required; familiarity with INSCOM, Multi-Domain Operations, and CEEC capabilities is preferred
- Experience in the creation, customization, and implementation of T&E Strategies, Master Plans, and/or System Evaluation Plans/Reports evaluating requirement and test plan
- Determining scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample size to ensure system requirements are adequately demonstrated is required; five (5) years is preferred, along with Python and Linux experience.
Preferred:
- BS Degree with a STEM major, or DAWIA Test and Evaluation Practitioner Certification or equivalent
- DoD Baseline Certification at ITA Level III.
- Three (3) years’ experience in designing a data analysis structure (i.e., the types of data your test must generate and how to analyze those data)
